Be you. Be love.

Be you. Be love.

Be you. Be love.

Something I’m realising more and more each day, and more and more in every situation that triggers me, whether it’s professional or personal, is that the only true choice I have, is to show up as my authentic and integrated self, or as a substitute version of myself based on how I think other people might want to perceive me.

Choosing the world we see

Choosing the world we see

By choosing to see with love, instead of fear, we can choose the world we see, and we can choose to feel safe, despite what may be going on in the crazy world we live in.

Boundaries

Boundaries

Boundaries are not something you need in order to give freely. In fact, putting boundaries in place in order to feel safe giving something, is the very definition of conditional giving. It is giving with the intention of receiving only certain energy in return.

Intention

Intention

Intention. It’s such a loaded word for me today. If my intention is unclear, does that mean I shouldn’t say anything? Should I keep my big mouth shut unless there’s only love coming out of it?
