For today’s blog post, I didn’t want to give you more reading, I wanted to SHOW you how hypnotherapy can reduce stress. Although there are a lot of articles that have accumulated on this site over the past year and a half, most of them talk about actually taking action to make a change.
I sat down recently and had a think about what I could provide you, my readers with that would really help you to take that action. To figure this out I had a look back through the work I’ve done with past clients and the sorts of problems that they came to me with.
I’m fortunate to work with some amazing people. People who are open-minded and have an innate desire to be free. Free from their own insecurities and perceived threats.
These people come to me because they feel stuck. They know that they want to change but they just don’t know how to get there.
One of my main tools for this is a hypnotherapy technique known as the shield.
I’m not going to give you too much more than that because it’s a lot more relaxing and effective if you just listen to it.
However, I will tell you that this audio allows you to use a tried and tested technique for feeling calm in the face of stress. It will give you a tool to use in work when your boss is on your back, when you’re up against a tight deadline or when you just need to not let stuff get to you so much!
So, I’ve recorded it and you can use TODAY. You can actually take action to make your life better, just by clicking play below (don’t you love it when things are easy?!).
You can download it, absolutely free (right click and add to iTunes), or stream it from this website just by clicking play.
Make sure you are somewhere nice and quiet where you won’t be disturbed for about 15mins. Switch for phone off and relax.
If you’re insulin dependent, just make sure you check your levels before – this is because you will relax completely and this generally slows the heart rate down and lowers blood pressure.
Let me know what you think of this and, if you liked it and want more, why not consider working with me?
