What’s most important?
In this moment, what’s most important to you? Where are you holding tension in your body? What needs to happen for you to feel peaceful? What thought can you choose to let go of, just for a moment?

How about we just say what’s true for us in this moment? How about instead of calculating how many times we have or haven’t lived up to our definition of what we want to be, we just let ourselves BE?
It’s happening now… That thing you want, the habit or behaviour pattern you want to change, the situation you want to call in…it’s already happening.
Everything happens in relationship.
Every relationship we have, every interaction, big or small, is a gateway into our psyche.
Is it so scary to reach out and tell someone you’re thinking of them?
