So this is the last in the four-part mini series on yoga for stress relief.
This time I want to let you in on a 10-15 min download on yoga nidra. I did a yoga nidra experiment earlier this year and got a lot of benefit out of doing it every day so I think it could help you too.

Now I know a lot of my readers have very little time to devote to their well-being and feeling less stressed, which is why I’ve purposefully kept this series full of quick strategies to help you de-stress quickly and easily but, there is a longer-term solution which I think you could really benefit from.
I work with a limited number of people on a 121 basis using yoga and hypnotherapy techniques to alter outlook and perspective so that they are much better able to cope with stressful situations i.e. they don’t get stressed out even when something’s stressful.
Sound too good to be true?
I know it sounds like it but it’s not, and it’s not a secret either. I use simple techniques you can take away with you and use again and again and really control your stress levels so you can spend more time feeling happy!
