What you think, and more importantly, feel, is what you will attract into your life. Become very aware of what you say today, are all your words a reflection of what you want? Are they peaceful, or do you find yourself moaning or being pessimistic? There is no shame in feeling upset – sometimes we need to feel the pain and allow ourselves to be with it and honour it. There is however, a line between honouring and indulging, or needlessly causing ourselves further harm and upset just because we’re not conscious of what we’re doing. By becoming aware of our thoughts, we get to choose them.
