A couple of reframes to try today if you’re feeling stuck:

I choose instead of I have to (when we recognise that we always have a choice, even if there are consequences to those choices, we reclaim our power and stop feeling stuck or helpless in a situation).

I am doing or I’m experimenting with instead of I’m trying to (take the verb ‘to try’ out of your vocabulary please – if you are taking action, you are doing something, not stuck in the limbo between not doing and doing. Trying implies attempting but being unsuccessful in the moment – it’s disempowering to our spirit).
